Remarks :
This is a low growing, sod-forming grass with both rhizomes and stolons. Maintains a very nice dark green color, easy to maintain. Reproduces by seeds, tillers, rhizomes and stolons.
This grass provides good grazing for livestock but is of little value to wildlife. This grass has high tolerance to saline sites, can be found in waste places, weedy habitats and old fields.
Commonly planted as a home lawns.
